I’m Noelia Ortiz de la Rosa, a Dominican graphic designer based in Philadelphia passionate about visual storytelling and branding. My Latino roots influence my approach to design, bold, expressive, and deeply connected to culture. Being bilingual in English and Spanish allows me to create work that speaks to diverse audiences, making design a bridge between people, identities, and experiences.

My creativity is fueled by curiosity. I love observing how people interact with visuals, brands, and products, using those insights to craft thoughtful, strategic designs. Moving to the U.S. at 19 was a challenge that shaped me both personally and professionally. I specialize in branding, packaging, and layout design, with a strong interest in the beauty industry. My mission is simple: to create designs that leave a lasting impression and bring ideas to life in the most visually compelling way possible, in collaboration with ethical companies that strive to evoke emotions in consumers.

When I’m not in front of the computer, I’m most likely getting inspired by learning about makeup trends, formulas, or doing makeup and filming videos to share tips and hopefully inspire others to feel beautiful from inside out.
